Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. We do not guarantee the authenticity of any item listed for sale. AzNomer.az is a platform for connecting buyers and sellers; we are not a party to any transaction.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AzNomer.az, its affiliates, directors, employees, or its licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
